As a Reverse Mortgage Consultant based in Oklahoma, I assist clients nationwide with transactions involving reverse-mortgage properties. My background bridges both sides of the process—the HUD-HECM servicing world and the real-estate market itself.

During my years at CompuLink, I worked directly with HUD’s Customer Service, Loss Mitigation, Compliance, and Payoff departments, gaining firsthand knowledge of how HECM loans are managed from start to finish. That experience now helps me communicate effectively with servicers, simplify complex cases, and move transactions forward with less stress for families.

I also spent more than a decade as a mortgage underwriter, developing a strong understanding of FHA guidelines and appraisal standards—an important advantage in reverse-mortgage sales.

Today, I combine that HUD and underwriting experience to collaborate with probate attorneys and guide heirs, executors, and homeowners through reverse-mortgage payoffs, short sales, and estate-related transactions. My goal is to make every step as clear and efficient as possible while achieving the best outcome for everyone involved.
